HappiStar Info: パスワードを忘れた
Forgot your password? Do not worry because HappiStar will help you regain access to your player account. In the event that your password does not seem to work, do not try to use merely guesses when keying in your login credentials. If you log in using the wrong password too many times, your account will be locked. So if the website alerts you that you entered the wrong password in your first or second try, you should immediately reset your password. Simply do the following:
- Click the Lost Password button.
- Provide the username and email address that you used when you made the account.
- Wait for the email from HappiStar that contains your new password.
Upon receiving your new password, you have the option to edit your account profile and even change your password to something that you can easily remember. Just click the Profile button, select the Personal Info option, and reset your password. Take note, though, that you cannot change your username, email address, and real name.
